The Showmen’s Museum is open Saturday thru Sunday from 12 – 5 pm
There are over 54,00 square feet of exhibits in our two-story museum filled with that sense of childlike wonder and joy as you bring back your greatest memories from the fair.
Admission is $20.00 for Adults
Admission with any IISA – Showmen’s Club Membership Card is $5.00 ( ID Card must be present))
Admission for Students with an ID card is $ 7.00 per student (ID Card must be present)
Children under 10 are free with paid adult admission

Self-Guided Tours for Groups
You and your group are always invited to visit the museum on your own on a self-guided tour anytime during regular museum hours. Informative videos and detailed signage make this an educational and fun experience. Regular admission fees apply. Scheduling a Guided Tour
Guided Tours
Guided tours are led by historian Doc Rivera and unless otherwise indicated are complimentary with admission. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Guided Tours require a reservation. A donation to the Museum’s Historic Preservation Fund is welcome and at the end of each tour and gift shop items and souvenirs are available. Tour times must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the date your group visits the museum.
Private Guided Tour
Special Guided Private Tours with a knowledgeable tour guide of the Showmen’s Museum. The Museum is closed to outside visitors during your tour.
Discover little-known facts about America’s outdoor show business, carnivals, and traveling shows, day to day life and history by spending time with a tour guide who loves sharing stories of the outdoor traveling show business. Requires a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance. Minimum group size required is at least 15 people. Maximum of 50 people per group.
School Groups
Docent led tours can be arranged for any age or grade level. Tours can be scheduled by appointment only during the school year. A minimum of ten people is required for a docent-led tour, and tours must be arranged at least two weeks in advance. The Museum requires one chaperone per ten students (Grades 6-12). A chaperone is not required for college students or adults. Students and teachers receive a discount based on group size. The docent fee will be waived if no docent is required. (Special exhibition fees may apply.)
